1. Play online poker for real money at the mid to high limit tables. You cant get any good competition at the low limit tables because people play VERY VERY loose and thats not good poker.
2. Buy PokerStars play chips from an honest dealer and play the high limit play money SNG's. I find that the 4 player 200k buyin SNG's are the best place to find good players. Since they are winner take all everyone plays good poker for the most part.
